Shipping Policy
We ship UPS daily from our Olympia Washington location. We currently only offer UPS ground shipping, but Next Day, Second Day and Three day select are options but you will need to call the store for a quote.
Delivery times are from one to seven days depending on your specific location.
USPS Flat rate is available also again call the store for this option.
Return Policy
PURCHASES MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS FOR NO HASSLE, NO QUESTIONS, REFUND OR EXCHANGES.
Inspect your order carefully when it arrives. If you are not fully satisfied, return it with the supplied return form on your invoice. All items must be returned within 30 days in new, unused, and resalable condition. This must include all of the manufacturer’s packaging material and tags. Olympia Farrier Supply will NOT accept any returned packages sent C.O.D. If your return is older than 60 days you may be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Defective items need to be returned within 1 year of purchased date, and will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis according to manufactures policy. Many of the tools we sell will need to be returned to the manufacture. When ordering Hoof Boots be sure you know your size. We suggest that you insure your return packages. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damaged packages returned to us.
